Michael Randall, MD

Dr. Randall was born and raised in Bridgewater, NJ. After attending Bridgewater-Raritan High School, he pursued his undergraduate studies at Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and a minor in Neuroscience. During medical school he excelled as student government president and scored in the top 5 percent on the United States Medical Licensing Examinations. He completed his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), graduating in the top of his class.

Following his time at EVMS, Dr. Randall pursued specialized training in facial plastic surgery through a five-year Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. During his residency, he contributed to multiple peer-reviewed journal publications and presented his research at national and international conferences. He further honed his expertise with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Edward Farrior in Tampa, specializing in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and aging face procedures, including deep plane facelifts.

While in Tampa, Dr. Randall met his wife, a nurse practitioner who worked with the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. After fellowship, they spent a year working in New Zealand, where Dr. Randall refined his skills in rhinoplasty and aging face procedures. During their time there, they welcomed their first son. The family has since returned to New Jersey, settling near Morristown where he opened his facial plastic surgery practice.
